Our story
Say It With Cookies came about seven years ago when Janine went to a Christmas Cupcake Decorating class. Then took a cookie decorating class and discovered she loved the creativity of designing and producing cookies and cupcakes.
Over time and during the Covid Lockdown period, Janine watched many You Tube and Instagram tutorials and went to cake decorating classes and practiced and developed cake decorating skills, especially honing her buttercream piping skills for cupcakes.
We specialise in personalised cookies and matching cupcakes for all occasions including baby showers, birthdays, weddings, hens parties, engagements, christenings and anniversaries. Cookies are made with fondant and can be customised with your own words or names. Feel free to scroll through this website for our most popular designs or visit our Instagram gallery. All products available on this website can be adjusted and personalised to meet your specific requirements. Cookies
We bake our cookies fresh for each other, employing a vanilla butter cookie recipe that favours Australian products. They can be packaged individually and heat sealed preserving freshness for up to 6 weeks.
Cupcakes
Our cupcakes come in chocolate or vanilla, paired with Swiss Mergingue Buttercream, a delightfully rich and less sweet alternative to standard buttercream. We utilise Australian ingredients wherever possible in our cupcakes recipes.
Special Notes
Each cookie and cupcake is handmade for each individual order, so there may be slight variations in appearance and colour (except white fondant).
Individually bagged cookies do not have to be tied with ribbon, they can just be sealed and folded. They can also include an ingredients sticker if requested.
It is recommended ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your event, to ensure your cookies are delivered in time for your event. (For short notice orders, please email)
