Handmade Products
Please note all our products are hand made at home with love by Janine – therefore, although we try our best to ensure all cookies, cakes and cupcakes are as consistent as possible, your order may differ slightly from those pictured on our website or from a purchase you have made previously. In purchasing from Say It With Cookies, the customer accepts this fact. Refunds or exchanges are therefore not offered should a reasonable difference or inconsistency occur in a product purchased.
Order Time Frames
Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your order to be baked, decorated and posted/delivered. If you need an order more urgently, please contact Janine directly.

Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on products after purchase. However, should you have any issue or require any changes after making your purchase, please contact Janine. If your order has not been started, we’ll do all we can to alter it for you, if possible. Similarly, if you are unhappy with a product received or have any other issues, please contact Janine directly.
